As we are due to re-open our doors, we look forward to welcoming all our guests and customers back through our doors. While the past few months have been tough on us all, we are committed and ready to be back providing a fantastic service to you all. We ask you all to be patient and bear with us as we try to figure out our new normal.

We have been very busy the last few weeks getting the hotel, restaurant and bar ready to re-open. We have put everything into ensuring that we can provide the safest possible environment for you all to return to. Following guidelines issued by the HSE, HSA, IHF, Failte Ireland and the Government, we are implementing the following Response Plan across the entire business.

All our staff and team are trained in returning to work with all the new Health & Safety protocols relevant for each part of the hotel.

Firstly, we ask that if you have experienced any COVID or Flu-like symptoms within the past two weeks, please help us to protect our staff and customers alike by not entering our premises.

Hand Sanitiser stations are in place at all entrances and exits of the hotel, as well as in the reception, function room, restaurant and bar area. Social distancing will be implemented throughout the hotel.

There will be regular sanitation of all areas throughout the hotel.

RESTAURANT/DINING & BAR AREA

Our restaurant, dining room, and bar area has been rearranged to comply with current social distancing guidelines.

All staff have been trained in relevant hygiene and sanitation.

Kitchen staff will be dressed in appropriate PPE and have also undertaken the appropriate hygiene and sanitation training.

There will be regular sanitation of all dining area and toilet facilities.

We ask that you arrive through either the main door of the hotel, or the beer garden/car park entrance. We ask that you exit through the side door of the building. For elderly or vulnerable customers, we can accommodate you if you need to exit through alternative exit points.

We have laminated menus on all our Menu Boards. We also have laminated menus. Once a table has finished with a menu, it will go into a designated box where it will be cleaned and sanitised before being given to another table.

Tables have been socially distanced to the recommended 1m for controlled environments. This is for your safety.

Tables and chairs will all be sanitised in between use and there will be condiment sachets implemented in all dining areas.

We would ask that guests pay by credit card where at all possible, to limit the amount of cash handling. However, any customer who wishes to pay in cash can do so and the appropriate PPE will be used.

Booking is essential and we urge you to book in advance to ensure we have a space for your party/group etc.

Drinks and beverages will be available by table service only, ensuring that there are no groups gathering at the counter as well as to enable social distancing. Waters/Cordials will be served with individual glasses as opposed to water jugs to limit the amount of touch points.

There is a designated area of the counter for payment. The floor at this area is marked with social distancing stickers and we have a perspex screen up to keep both our staff and customers safe.

On arrival, we ask that one member of the booking calls or comes in to check if your table is ready. This will prevent queuing and congregation at the entrance points. We also ask that you arrive on time.

On booking, we will be asking for contact details for one person from each party, in order to enable contact tracing, if ever necessary.
